At Gaia, we have a particular enthusiasm for innovation in the area of collaborations between schools. Collaboration and participation can bring many benefits to educators, students, parents and the wider community. Being part of a school Trust brings the opportunity to share resources, teaching staff, facilities and ideas – allowing each school to benefit from the attempt to raise standards.
We understand that each school Trust is different and we believe in developing ICT solutions with clients through working together in real partnership. We work with school Trusts to develop bespoke solutions tailored to aid the Trust in realising its vision. With solutions like Anywhere/Anytime Learning, Cloud Computing, Curriculum Development, Innovation Centres including 3D Visual Learning, Home Access and Remote Connectivity, we are able to bring schools together with each other and with their local communities.
Working within a school Trust allows schools to work together to improve opportunities for children, broadening learning and social experiences, allowing schools to maximise the sharing of resources and strengthening community cohesion. Used correctly, technology can be a powerful tool for schools. But innovation must be focussed on supporting learning and teaching.
