Gaia has recently been selected as the ICT provider for the JCB School in Staffordshire, Garth Hill College OSP in Bracknell, Culcheth High School OSP in Warrington and Northumberland School in Morphett.

Gaia's success can be attributed to a very strong focus on quality, not only in terms of the products that are produced but more importantly the focussed attention to service and support for the customer. Gaia's philosophy revolves around strong customer relationships, and many of Gaia's long-standing customers are made to feel that they are an integral part of the business.

When working closely with larger clients, Gaia endeavours to gain a deep understanding of the customers business prior to commencing a project. The approach does not revolve around just selling the customer a solution for their immediate needs but aims to support the development of that business over a period of time.

In order to do this successfully Gaia is committed to on-going staff development in all areas of the business, thus ensuring that the customer is getting the most up to date information along with scalable and affordable business solutions.

Gaia's commitment to the Quality process has been recognized through the award of ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001, ISO 20000-1, OHSAS 18001 and BS 7799. Helped by these standards Gaia was awarded a place on BECTA's ICT Infrastructure services procurement framework.

Recent achievements include winning the Leigh Technical Academy tender in Kent and the wireless connectivity of homes to schools within the 'Computers for Pupils' scheme in Birmingham.
